SacHacks is the first major intercollegiate hackathon in the Sacramento, California area, where over 500 creative coders launch their ideas into action during a 36-hour hackathon.

problem statement

SacHacks did not have a website or social media presence to promote the event.

solution

We created a brand guide, designed the website, created social media posts, and merch 2 months before the event.

my role

I designed the website and assisted with the social media posts and merch.

reflection

This project provided valuable experience in promoting a large-scale event through website development and social media. I improved my ability to prioritize tasks and collaborate effectively across a 16-hour time difference.
